Partners
Our partnership with the Milford School District is exceptional. We work closely with Administration, Teachers, Nutrition Services, and Maintenance to best serve the students in the district with whatever their needs may be. We work in the Elementary Schools filling pantries & distributing weekend food bags. We also have a Mini-Grant that any Staff member can fill out in regards to a need a student is experiencing. While the district does not provide funds to FOF, the relationship we have is priceless.

Our local fire department has been so kind in reaching out to give us gift cards to distribute to students/families in need. And they are always a first line and great champion for some of our most at risk kids.

Our partnership with Kiwanis is deeply rooted in both our loves for the well-being of the children in Milford. One of our board members is a Kiwanis Member and closely works with the group coordinating events between the two organizations. Kiwanis has been a financial supporter, a monthly contributor of Mac & Cheese, and has held food drives to help us stock our shelves. We look forward to many chances to help others…together!

The Milford Target has been such a great partner to us over many years, from providing bikes for our "Volley for a Cause" event, to small and large gift card donations. Their employees have volunteered packing weekend food bags at our new building, and recently they made a much needed donation of 60 thermometers that we were able to provide to families with students attending in-person classes.

Before we got our own building, Kingdom Warriors used to generously store all of our food used for Weekend Food Bags. We will always owe them for that!! They now generously help us when we need a truck, whether for deliveries or pick-ups. They are the go-to guys, and we look forward to many more chances to work together.

We are so very lucky to have this amazing partnership! MTPD has been with us from day one, always offering to help; Food Nest in the lobby, gift card donations, distribution of items to our most at-need kids, and raffle basket donations. Chief Mills had the Officers raise funds by growing out their beards! They offer us storage, move heavy appliances, send encouraging messages, and have a fantastic Front Office Staff to work with. Students, families, and staff are all very lucky to have these brave Women & Men looking out for us.

This is an amazing organization, out of Batavia, that provides clothes for kids in need. We recently partnered with them to provide clothes to the families we serve and try, in turn, to give back to their cause!

Sometimes we receive items that our families cannot use or that we do not keep stocked in our pantries. We will reach out to MMM and offer these items to them. They will, in turn, use them in their Food Pantry. We partner with them for the Back to School Backpack Program as well.

We have partnered with Talon Tavern to provide gift certificates to our families in need. Talon also very generously lets us use their dumpster for our garbage, as we only have a recycling dumpster.
